    Introduction of Photoionization Composite Waste Gas Treatment Equipment

    Photoionization composite waste gas treatment equipment can purify toxic, harmful and odorous gases. It is the perfect combination of plasma waste gas purifier and UV light deodorization equipment. It can purify organic waste gases containing benzene series, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia nitrogen, mercaptan, thioether, indole, nitro, hydrocarbon and aldehyde.

    The photoionization composite equipment combines the advantages of plasma and ultraviolet photocatalyst technology. It has the advantages of high purification efficiency, low operation cost, small occupied area, light weight, easy operation and no noise. The purification efficiency of exhaust gas is over 95%. It is the highest technology in the market at present.

    II. Working Principle of Photoionization Composite Waste Gas Treatment Equipment

    When the exhaust gas enters the photoionization complex, the ionic chemical reaction takes place first, that is, the electrons first obtain energy from the electric field, transfer energy to the molecules or atoms by excitation or ionization, and the molecules or atoms that obtain energy are stimulated, while some molecules are ionized, thus becoming active groups.

    Active groups collide with molecules (atoms), active groups and active groups to form stable products and release heat energy. Under the action of external electric field, a large number of energetic electrons generated by dielectric discharge bombard pollutant molecules, which ionize, dissociate and excite them. Then a series of complex physical and chemical reactions are initiated, which make complex macromolecular pollutants into simple small molecular safety substances, and achieve the effect of purifying waste gas.

    High-energy C-band light was used to break the molecular chain of exhaust gas, change the molecular structure of exhaust gas, decompose and oxidize polymer organic matter to produce low-molecular harmless substances, such as water and carbon dioxide.

    As a strong catalytic oxidant, ozone can effectively kill bacteria and destroy toxic and harmful substances into harmless substances with low molecular weight. The surface of the catalyst coating was stimulated by C-band laser to produce activity. Ozone cracks the molecular bonds of bacteria in odorous gases, destroys bacterial nucleic acid (DNA), and then carries out strong oxidation reaction through ozone to completely achieve the purpose of deodorization and sterilization.
